Breakfast:

• Standard Villa accommodates 2 adults.
• Family Villa accommodates 4 adults.

*Children under the age of 5 can dine for free, limited to 2 children per booking. Children aged 5 to 11 will receive a 50% discount on the breakfast or dinner buffet only. All a-la-carte orders will be charged at the regular listed price. (Breakfast and Dinner)

Dinner:

• Standard Villa allows 2 adults with a 3-course meal.
• Family Villa allows 4 adults with a 3-course meal.

• Prices include a 10% Service Charge and 8% SST.
• Additional Nights: For extended stays, guests can opt to continue their stay with the Residential Package price or switch to the Standard Bar Rate.
• An extra bed may be provided upon request at a surcharge of RM320.00 per bed, per night, which includes breakfast.
• Children under 5 years old stay free, including breakfast (limited to one child per villa).
• Complimentary baby cots can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
• Booking availability is as per resort's capacity, and group or event bookings are not applicable.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any advance booking specials or other existing promotions.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Rates are subject to change. The resort employs a dynamic pricing model; as such, all rates are subject to variation and may be adjusted according to seasonal demand.
• Travel date amendments can be made up to five (5) days prior to the initial arrival date, subject to resort's availability and a potential surcharge based on the travel season. Travel date amendment subjects to one (1) time change only.
• Early checkouts or no-show will be treated as cancellations, with the full booking amount applied.
• Standard villas can accommodate up to 2 adults, whereas family villas can comfortably house up to 4 adults and 2 children.
• A cancellation should be made at least 7 days before your arrival date. For more information, please refer to the Cancellation Policy.
• Recreational activities are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• The Residential Package does not cover in-room dining services. An extra fee of RM150.00 per package per night is applicable for setting up in-room dining.
